Return policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags

  • Exclusions:
    • Customized/preconfigured items
    • Opened personal care products
    • Final sale/clearance merchandise

2. Refund Process

2.1 Standard Refunds

  1. Submit request via Returns Portal or email [email protected]

  2. Attach:
    • Order number
    • Product photos (front/back/serial number)

  3. Receive prepaid return label within 24hrs

  4. Full refund issued 3-5 business days after warehouse inspection

2.2 Damaged/Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

  1. Take timestamped photos of:
    • External shipping box damage (if applicable)
    • Product defects
    • Manufacturer packaging seals

  2. Email evidence to [email protected] within 72hrs of delivery

  3. Choose resolution:
    • Priority Replacement: Shipped within 24hrs (no return required)
    • Full Refund: Processed immediately with optional return

3. Exchange Program

3.1 Supported Scenarios

✓ Size/color changes (subject to stock availability)
✓ Model upgrades (price differences apply)
✓ Wrong item received

3.2 Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact [email protected] with:
    • "EXCHANGE REQUEST" in subject line
    • Order number & preferred replacement SKU

  2. Receive:
    • Prepaid return label (original item)
    • Tracking number for new shipment

  3. New item dispatched when return scan is registered

4. Special Provisions

  • International Returns: Return shipping costs capped at $15 USD (we cover excess)

  • Lost Packages: Full reshipment/refund if tracking shows no delivery after 45 days

  • Non-Compliance: $15 restocking fee for returns missing components
